Bug description:
Όταν εισάγεται νέος χρήστης του οποίου το uid και το gid δεν
παρέχονται στο csv αρχείο, τότε ο χρήστης δεν εμφανίζεται στον πίνακα
προεπισκόπησης των νέων χρηστών.
