En effet, rpm-build n'était pas présent (j'avais bien mis rpmb et rpmbuilder,
je ne sais même pas à quoi sert ce dernier ;-) ).
A propos : comment trouver la liste des paquets installables (contrairement à
la liste des paquets installés "rpm -qa") ?
Mauvaise nouvelle, ça ne marche toujours pas.
Après avoir créé certains répertoires non-existants :
/root/RPM
/root/RPM/SOURCES
/root/RPM/BUILD
J'obtiens ceci :

tout est déjà installé
Sinon j'irai chercher une "fresh perl distribution" ;-)
