je n'ai pas l'impression qu'on ait deja repondu a ta
question, alors voici quelques outils qui peuvent te servir pour
ce besoin. Par contre, tu ne precises pas le format de tes boites
mail source et cible, donc les possibilités sont assez variees.
j'ai mis biensur en premier les projets dont la license

About:
imapsync is a tool for facilitating incremental recursive IMAP transfers
from one mailbox to another. It is useful for mailbox migration, and
reduces the amount of data transferred by only copying messages that are
not present on both servers. Read, unread, and deleted flags are
preserved, and the process can be stopped and resumed. The original
messages can optionally be deleted after a successful transfer.

migrate-me migrates users' mail boxes from an Exchange server to a Linux
mail server using the Maildir format. With the help of imapsync. It has
only been tested by migrating accounts from Exchange 5.5 using the IMAP
protocol to a courier-imap server, but it should work with any IMAP to
IMAP migration. It features a single mode and a batch mode and a simple
menu interface.
