Wow ! Thomas, you've been very productive this evening !!! ;)

Can somebody of the project start writing a synthesis of what we got now?

I think that your website is really lacking of "structure". The
blog-like information display is funny but might be annoying in the long
term. :)

I would suggest that you kind off go to the next step for public
relation in your website. I would _suggest_ (it's up to you guys) the
following:

- Keep the "blog area", but not as a main part (moreover, some blogs
have to be set to private).

- Add some new areas:
  - Home
(very short abstract of the project plus the last news)
  - About
(more in-depth text about the project, goals and so on)
  - Status
(what have you already found (pdf documents)
and what are you doing _at_the_moment_)
  - Helping
(a todo-list, description of the experiments that could be
interesting but that you didn't yet tried out)

  - Blogs (as it is now)

Map of the website:

Home
 |
 +-About
 +-Status
 | |
 | +-Hardware
 | +-Reversing Crypto-system
 | +-Reversing Boot Process
 | +-Firmware Analysis
 | +-Hot Topics
 |
 +-Helping
     |
     +-Donate (money/hardware/informations)
     +-Experiments (list interesting experiments)

Currently, your website (and your SVN repository) is totally
disorganized... :-/ It doesn't help new people to join the project.

That's all folks
