Well, AFAIR the PDF was just a publication about what you could do with that 
think and what tricks they used to make it that fast, not really a usage guide.

i was already coding a jtag scanner from scratch, including nTRST search.
But the pdf explanation can be a good help also, especially this source
is not very commented ;)
