I've found this datasheet too. But it is useless since its really hard to
track JTAG pins, so we still cant use them. Only 100% solution to this -
x-raying PCB. And I still unsure about chip package - CPU I've found inside
my n2g is 9x9mm, while S5L87 is 10x10mm.

Here is something I've found today:

Its paper about JTAG protection for application processors, code encryption,
boot ROM and some other things you probably heard of. And two of three of
its authors have their mail @ samsung.com.
So I think debugging won't be as easy as it seemed.
