Has anyone else noticed that the legal information on the iPod and in iTunes contradict each other. The one in iTunes says we can barely keep a backup of the iPod software, but the iPod says that for the most part we can redistribute, modify, etc. as much as we want as long as we give credit where credit is due and provide the proper copyright notices.
