Doh! I will re-add this for people who are used to it, but I resolved the
issues we were trying to work around by implementing this in the first place.
(This is one of the things that can go back to the old method by passing
--enable-old-keys to ./configure).

Hmm, either way for now, but I suspect that once we have flexible,
user-controlled keyboard mapping, users will want to map ESC !/C-g ! to some
different function than F1 (a macro for example). I recommend for the long
run mapping keys to the definitions in the supplied 5250 termcap entry and
using the 5250 termcap entry (or a modification of it for FreeBSD).
