Hello all,
Annoying questions follow:
To get everything straight from the last time i asked, alt-f1 is mapped
to the help key in default CA kb setups. However, our twinax 5250
terminals do have an alt key, and i guess alt-f1 does the same thing as
the "help" key. I see that there is a "help" key in the linux 5250
emulator, accessible via meta-h. But how do I know what my "meta" key
is? How do I control which key it is?
Also, regarding the sysreq ctl-c, does that work like it should for
everybody? I once had hoped to use it to kill a runaway job on the 400,
but pressing ctl-c didn't do anything.
Thanks for any help. We're considering doing a deployment of tn5250 +
linux + cheap pcs instead of shelling out $800/unit for ET2000's.
Thanks,
Chad
