Sure.  After compiled, just do ./tn5250 (options).  It should load the
proper version of the library and everything, since there's some libtool
magic in place just so that works.

./xt5250 may not work, you might need to insert the full path to tn5250
into the script.

./py5250.py might work, I think it checks the current directory for
modules before the system directory.
