Probably, but I do NOT have a numeric FER field, so this isn't mine.  In
a character FER field, Field+ should act like Field Exit.  Field-
doesn't work on the real terminal, but shouldn't hurt anything if it did
work (speculation, of course.)  Also, I've only tested with a 1
character field, so longer fields MAY exhibit different behaviour.

Well....  Field exit should clear the sign also.  I don't know if that
agrees with the specs or not, but that's how it works in real life.  (If
anyone disagrees, please send me DDS to demonstrate so I can try it on
real terminals.)
