So, if I'm reading this right, you're asking how to "tune" your font.
xfontsel lets you see what fonts are available, and lets you play with
the different font attributes.
You put the resulting string in tn5250rc, replacing the
"-etl-fixed-medium-r-normal-*-*-160-*-*-c-*-iso8859-1" that you
show in your example.
