This is what it SHOULD do... the previous versions of tn5250 were in
error. 0.17.1 is doing it correctly.
'20}' is -200. '200}' is -2000.
That's the way zoned decimal numbers work on the AS/400.
the older versions of tn5250 would change "200-" into -2000, effectively
multiplying the results by 10.
