One issue we're going to have with the Windows port is that there is no
"man" command in a Windows environment.

My thought was to use man2html to convert these to HTML, and then
distribute that.
   http://www.oac.uci.edu/indiv/ehood/man2html.html

On the other hand, however...  there are some Windows options that don't
apply to linux & friends, and other options that don't really apply to
Windows.

What's the best way to do this?
