Jay Felice was working on python bindings for tn5250 quite some time ago (I'd say over 2 years) and got diverted to other projects and never finished it. I would assume that you're welcome to pick up his work and finish it. At any rate, I wouldn't refer to the python bindings as "scripting", since you still had to call the low-level 5250 functions to accomplish anything. > If there is no scripting and nobody is working on it, does anybody > mind if I try to embed tcl? I'm not familiar with TCL, so can't really offer any opinions on it as a choice of language. But, I'm very happy that you're interested in helping out! :) _______________________________________________ This is the Linux 5250 Development Project (LINUX5250) mailing list To post a message email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/linux5250 or email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/linux5250.
