I know that in FreeBSD's console mode, if I hit shift+tab it generates the same escape code as if I hit shift-F2. This meant that I could not distinguish backtab from F14 until I created a separate termcap, etc, that sent separate codes for those. I don't have this problem in FreeBSD when I'm using xt5250, though. However, if you load the keyboard maps supplied with TN5250, shift+tab should work. It does for me, at least! I couldn't live without it! Then again, I don't know if it's different on your keyboard vs. the ones we use in the US. I also don't know if it's different with a 122 key keyboard... is this under Linux? Trinux? X11? xt5250 or gnome-5250? console mode? _______________________________________________ This is the Linux 5250 Development Project (LINUX5250) mailing list To post a message email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/linux5250 or email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/linux5250.
