[LINUX5250] New version of the tn5250 HOWTO is available

I'm happy to announce version 1.1 of the tn5250 HOWTO.  So far we've had 
an astounding 2022 downloads of the tn5250 HOWTO.  The previous version 
has some misinformation, typos, and needed clarification in spots.  It 
is available at the usual location:

Now to concentrate on gtk-5250...
