Subscribing to any magazine is always risky from the point of view that you
end up on countless JUNK MAILING lists.
I have a personal dislike for junk mailers. I can end up on a list multiple
number of times
because my last name gets royally butchered and because some of these twits
send your address thru a 'mailing address standardization program'. One
company was sending me 8 copies of each mailing because of various name
spelling and address variations.
At one time I was dragging out anywhere from 1/2 to a full Mercer County
Recycle Paper barrel every two weeks. It was filled with nothing but JUNK
MAIL.
It has taken me years and countless phone calls, letters and threats of law
suits to be removed from these lists.
I am weary of any 'free' publications as well as magazine subscriptions.
