Just to add to George's answer, Windows NT doesn't have msconfig.exe So you would have to search and download it from some window support site. Running it on NT or 2000 gives some errors on startup which you can conveniently ignore, you can still add/remove items which come up during startup.
Thanks, Jeff PS: Its a good thing we're still a fledgling group, else from what I've seen on other longtime established LUGs, you'd be flamed real good, and we'd have a good long philosophical discussion on this. Ah! I hope we reach that stage one day :-D ----- Original Message ----- From: "George Tenney" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Thursday, December 13, 2001 9:10 PM > Start -> Run -> type "msconfig" > >From there click on the startup tab and then you can (de)select the items > you wish/don't wish to load.
