I think that's a standard euphimism for "we have no clue as to why it's
crashing". Think about this - your laptop came with Windows XP on it -
why would the vendor ship it with a broken video driver?
Personally, if my vendor gave me that excuse, I'd tell them what they
could do with themselves... >:)
