Now is the time to register speakers!  Linux Q&A sessions are a good idea 
on both Saturday and Sunday.    If nothing else run "Birds of a Feather" 
sessions .   The PC and Mac user groups do this on Sunday.  In your 
sessions speakers can promote HamLUG.   Also Consider also writing a paper 
for the Proceedings Book.
