Yes, Javits food services are very expensive. 

What is the name of the good little restaurant.

One place I found to be good for a quick meal was the Cheyenne Diner, at
least for it's "buffalo burgers". Some of the other food, however, was
classic greasy spoon [pass the Pepto Bismol], fitting for the diner's 50's
style building that looks out of place in NYC.
