Hi everyone,
Well it seems we've run into an obstacle regarding our registering a table
for the TCF event. We have not yet registered the table and actually this
is good. Why? Because we do not have the necessary coverage or support for
manning the tables.
As we don't want to look unprofessional and disorganized, therefore till we
don't have enough coverage for the event we will not go ahead with the
registration. So this brings us to the important question :-
What is your availability for the Trenton Computer Festival?
I have divided the coverage in to time slots which are as follows :-
May 4th, Saturday
Setup Table, computers, posters etc. - 6:45 am to 10:00 am
Man Booth - 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
May 5th, Sunday
Man Booth - 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
So there we are. Please email me with your availabilty, every little counts.
Eventually the aim is to have 2 people to man the table at all times and,
have extra coverage between the above-mentioned time slots and just-in-case
scenarios.
