As I mentioned several weeks ago, I have bought a copy of Freedom Downtime, the documentary about hackers, Kevin Mitnick, and other topics and am going to bring it to the meeting.
The usage provisions for the video allow free and unaltered broadcasting, netcasting, and copying. Therefore showing it at a free LUG meeting should be consistent with the intentions of the usage provision. Since the video is 121 minutes long and I don't want to turn the meeting into a movie session (unless everybody wanted to do that), I figure on bringing in my VCR and small TV set. Set them up on the side so that people at the meeting can go and watch the video as they want to and go over to the ad hco networks or whatever. J.D. Abolins
