I would go with an AMD CPU/Motherboard. Beats the Intel in price and performance. A Dual AMD also shows up as a very good alternative.

I think that covers everything. Of course we know what OS will be installed :-) though I forsee issues with the SATA and possibly the sound card. But all of this for under $2500. So what do you think???
