I've been using this command to backup my phone:rsync -rav --exclude cache /run/user/1000/gvfs/mtp\:host\=LGE_LM-Q910_LMQ91012284c9f/ .
It copies every file, not just the new files.I have a lot of old pictures and videos so it is slow to copy everything each time.
