OCUUG (later Ocbug) was mostly social with occasional technical content. I think it started as a technical group and eventually became more social, at least that is my memory of it. I was not part of the early years.
The old website is still up, sporting my mock license plate: http://ocuug.on.ca I may still have access to modify things, but it was a very long time ago and might take me a while to locate the credentials.
