It looks (at a glance) like the best place to investigate might start with TLS on postfix.


Certs valid and in correct location, for example? Correct ciphers / protocols used?

Perhaps review settings like these, from main.cf:

smtpd_tls_protocols = !SSLv2, !SSLv3
smtp_tls_protocols = >=TLSv1
