Bueno les cuento que arregle el problema de la siguiente y compleja forma...
Respalde todos los logs... Elimine todos los archivos de historial del webalizer Reinstale webalizer (lo cual no queria... pero bueno) Pero como no me cargo todos los datos desde julio (asumo que eran muy pesados y eso de alguna manera influyo), tuve que ir mes a mes generando las estadisticas. Lo cual me genero por separado estadisticas mensuales, pero ya septiembre esta en linea y funcionando sin problemas.
