Mi tarro tiene una vieja ATI mobility radeon x600 128 MiB RAM, estoy con el modulo fglrx-8.552. Se me ocurrio en la pega trabajar con un segundo monitor y despues de intentar fallidamente con el control de gnome, logre realizarlo con al utilitario de ati amdcccle (Catalyst Control Center).
Ahora en casa tengo una espacio virtual de 3360x1050 que es el que tenia
con ambos monitores, pese a que el utilitario sabe que solo tengo un
monitor (el LCD del notebook). El mouse y gnome funciona bien, pero
estoy intentando ver una pelicula con totem y el video se ajusta a la
mitad ...
Entiendo que puedo modificar esto con xrandr (y entiendo que es lo que
hace el applet de gnome), pero no me funciona. Alguna idea de como
recuperar mi configuracion normal??
