Hi Rick,

Messages with BCCs get flagged for moderation as an anti-spam measure.  BCCing 
is not necessarily bad, per se, but it does mean your message will get held 
back from the list until it's approved.

I think many here would agree (I do) that open standards are key to the spread 
of free/open software.  This topic is appropriate and has been raised many 
times with regard to other similar developments.  Thank you for spreading the 
news.

I BCC'd the list because it suited me to do so.  Is this not good?

OTOH, maybe this does not belong here, Linux advocacy == open
standards advocacy (in my book.)
