If the various windows ext drivers don't cut it, how about a minimal Linux in a vbox virtual machine exporting filesystems via samba? You'd need to register a virtual disk using "VboxManage internalcommands createrawvmdk" for each filesystem to be exported. (I haven't tried this. Access permissions will likely complicate things.)
