Hi David,
The stable OpenRISC tool chain, based on GCC 4.5 is on the OpenCores
SVN, along with its regression test results. Details here:
http://opencores.org/or1k/OR1K:Community_Portal#Toolchains
The build target is or32-elf (for newlib/bare metal) or or32-linux (for
Linux applications with uClibc). The script bld-all.sh will build both
tool chains for you.
