J'ai eu le m�me probleme. La solution est simple :)
1. Configure corectement le serveur en 1600*1200 avec le driver nv
2. Edit le fichier /etc/X11/XF68Config
3. Change la ligne
Driver "nv"
par
Driver "nvidia"
4.Relance ton serveur X, tu devrai t'en sortir
ps: Pour t'aider j'atache mon fichier XF86Config.
