Je me réponds à moi-même. Mes stagiaires ont trouvé la solution.
En tant qu'administrateur, il va falloir faire ses manipulations. 1°) installer le SP4 2°) lancer mmc.exe. Dans le menu Console, choisir Add/Remove snap-in et ajouter le Group Policy 3°) dans le gpedit.msc, aller dans Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, System, Logon. On y trouve "Only allow local user profile", pour n'avoir que des profiles locaux, il faut activer ce paramètre.
