Hallo,

da bei XEN es wesentlich einfacher ist eine PCI-E Karte einer
DomU einzuschleifen habe ich mir günstig einen SATA mit einem PCI-X
geschossen und wollte damit meine PCI-E SATA-Karte (die eh nur 2
Ports besitzt) ersetzen.

Das Teil hat so extrem viele Jumper, das ich gar nicht weiss,
für was die alles sind. Hat noch irgend jemand einen Anleitung dafür
rumfliegen? Im Internet habe ich nur eine Übersicht auf Spanisch
gefunden,...

Das ist zwar ein vollwertiger RAID-Controller, aber ich benötige nur den
Direktzugriff auf die Platten. Derzeit hängen 2 Fujitsu-Platten am
Controller, die auch vom Controller-Bios erkannt werden.
Beim laden des megaraid-Moduls scheint es so, als würde gescannt werden,
aber offensichtlich wird nichts "gefunden:"

Naja, wenn mir das zu bunt wird, versuch ich doch noch mal ein PCI-X Äquivalent 
zum
LSI SAS1064 zu bekommen. Der reingebaute scheint wenigstens zu laufen ;-)
