Post Title: Technical Support Engineer
Qualification:
* Working knowledge of Linux and Linux commands required
* Good communication skills
Experience: Fresher (or 0-1 year experience in support function)
Job responsibilities:
* First tier customer support, troubleshooting and providing
solutions to customer for a limited set of issues
* Develop a usable understanding of our application
* Raise helpdesk request tickets via web interface for second tier
support
* Work with developers to identify and resolve more complicated
problems
* Address urgent issues quickly
* Codify frequent issues into documented processes
* Assist with product QA from a user's point of view
* Act as customer advocate in the product development process
* Provide feedback from customer users to product team
* Perform preliminary diagnosis of bugs/issues
