Check the headers, that will show whether the email has been generated locally 
(e.g. some virus on a desktop). Ideally local emails do not get scanned for 
viruses.

The headers will give you a clear idea as to where has the mail originated from 
i.e. internal or external.

I am receiving spams from [email protected]<mailto:admin%40test.com>. We are using 
Postfix with SpamAssassin.
