hello, just go to /usr/share/doc/bind~ /sample/ u will get the conf file as well as other files needed by named to run properly. if u have installed only bind pkg then ur named .conf will be in /etc/named.conf n if u have installed bind-chroot pkg as well then it will in /var/named/chroot/var/etc/named.conf copy the conf file and edit as per ur requirement.
