office. Responsibilities • Provide support for users with hardware and
software issues
• Build and configure laptops
• Install various software applications including Microsoft office
• Assist with network connectivity
• Support of Unix and Linux servers
• Basic DB support for Oracle
• Monitor production end of day jobs Skills & Requirements: • BS in
Engineering or Computer Science
• PC support / Help Desk experience
• Knowledge of Unix / Linux, Shell Scripts
• Working knowledge of Oracle DB
• Java Experience
• Experience in laptop configuration
