v Responsible for product support.
v Managing windows servers/Linux Servers.
v Providing 99.9%uptime.
v Troubleshooting on networking/telecom/database.
v Take full responsibility of resolving queries.
v Coordinate with various functions internally to resolve problems.
Skills:
v Experience in managing Windows servers/linux servers.
v Experience in Product Support/Production Support/Application Support.
