Helllo Sir....

I accidentally dropped 'root' from the user table in the mysql database. As a 
result I can't do much at all. (I have no other privileged user).

Plz.. help me as soon as possible....

Run the following commands:

$mysqld_safe --skip-grant-tables &

then issue

$mysql

then issue

GRANT CREATE, DROP ON *.* TO r...@localhost IDENTIFIED BY 'newpass' WITH GRANT 
OPTION;

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO r...@localhost IDENTIFIED BY 'newpass' WITH 
GRANT OPTION;

exit



service mysql restart
