Hello

1) you can create one file in /etc/squid/
2) file name is squidblock.acl
3)put domain names in /etc/squid/squid-block.acl
 (for example block yahoo.com  .yahoo.com)
4) save and exit
5) add the following lines in squid.conf file
   acl blocksites url_regex "/etc/squid/squid-block.acl"
   http_access deny blocksites
