A quick Google search for the words `sendmail display queue contents'
brought me to `mailq' (apparently equivalent to `sendmail -bp'). Then
searching for `sendmail mailq display' indicates that there is no
native means to do what you are asking for, but one of the hits I
checked points toward the /var/spool/mqueue directory.
