If you're trying to make the connection as root, that's very likely the problem. The correct step in earlier versions of RedHat was to disable remote login as root yourself, so it's possible Fedora has done that for you. If that turns out not to be the issue, try to ssh to the box from the box as a normal user (so on 192.168.0.11, type 'ssh 192.168.0.11). Also, I didn't see any mention of the log file.
