Thanks again > just out of curiosity, are the newer versions of suse still like this? i've had to deal w/this back when i tried v.6.4 and 7.1! i was kinda' hoping that suse would have gotten this fixed by now to properly recognize a common scroll mouse. i was starting to consider trying out suse again, but if the newer versions still can't recognize old, but common hardware, it makes me wonder what other problems are ahead. don't get me wrong, i don't have a problem w/messing around in a config file, it's just that something as basic as this should automatically be handled by a major distro. then again, maybe this person is using an older version of suse (i hope). j To unsubscribe from this list, please email [EMAIL PROTECTED] & you will be removed.
