Hi gang, I thought I'd share this revelation with you. I have to give hats off to Xandros 2. Why? Well I was looking for a small hard drive and forgot I had this Xandros 2 installed originally to dual-boot with Win2000pro on a P3 with 128 RAM. I thought what the heck I'll see if will boot up first before recycling it. Now I'm typing this on a Via Cyrix 6x86 266mhz with approx. 66 RAM. Of course, I updated it and added Firefox first.
Now for the slight problem, which is from my favorite must have extension, I guess. The extension is: Jeb's Webmail Compose, and the error is in regards to: XML Parsing. I will contact the author, but any of you see that one-inch wide gray bar at the bottom with red lettered words in it before? In the Windows' Firefox world it would mean I had tried to run a Deerpark extension on an earlier version of Firefox. But I just got it from Xandros. Is it because their database is smart enough to only pick the version of Firefox that would work on Xandros version 2, instead of current version 3? Wonder what would've happened if I got it from Firefox itself? Thanks for reading, Joan ------------------------ Yahoo!
