Hey guys,

I'm having a problem and to be honest, I'm not even sure if it's a linux
problem but since you're all so cluey, I thought I would just ask and
see what happens.

Several of my mates have been having serious issue trying to get emails
through to me. Someone did manage to get through a copy of the 'mail
undeliverable' notice, which gives the following reason for the error;
~~~
Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mailer after MAIL
FROM:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> SIZE=7185: host extmail.bigpond.com
[144.140.90.13]: 451 Mail from this IP address blocked due to DNS block
list.
~~~

My question is this; is the problem on my end?? If so, is there any way
to 'help' email get to me, like a setting to say 'always trust mail from
this person' or something similar? Or is this an issue I need to take
up with my mail provider or something? And.. what the hell is a 'DNS
block list'? It sounds like I've been black-listed or something... (or
she has...?)

I know it's a bit of a weird question to put in a linux forum but I'm
really at a loss here. This has been going on for ages now and I've no
idea what to do about it.

Thanks in advance for any help
arsenic.
