I've been running suse 9.0 since it came out with kde troublefree. I recommend it.I don't know about 10.0 but 9.0 came with excellent documentation (books) and thus far have had no trouble with downloads from other sources. I don't know how this new thing with Novell is going to work out but I will try 10.0 on my new machine soon. tommy
