I'm trying to get my new sound card configured in kubuntu 5.1, followed this
tutorial

but it still doesn't work. I have this same exact sound card sb0570 too, all I
get is loud static.......any ideas? Before linux detected my ac97 no problems
at all, but now since the upgrade I got nothing...:-(
